🔹 Avoid Heavy Handling in the First Few Days: Stick to light, gentle squeezing for the first 3 to 5 days. This allows necessary micro-tears to naturally form inside the rubber matrix, making the material significantly more stretchy and resilient over time. The rubber will turn slightly cloudy as these micro-tears develop—this is completely normal and a sign of a healthy, aging fidget item!
🔹 Never Stretch It Around the Plug: The glued seal/plug area is structurally the weakest part of any automated liquid or gel-filled ball. Pulling, picking, or stretching directly around this seam applies concentrated structural pressure and will cause the seal to fail over time.
🔹 For a Firmer Squish: If you prefer a firmer resistance, placing your item in a cool room or briefly inside a standard refrigerator is perfectly safe. Avoid placing the item inside a freezer, as sub-zero temperature changes will permanently degrade the specialized rubber compound, internal gel, and seals.
🔹 If Your Ball Becomes Sticky: While it is completely safe to wash your item with mild soap and warm water, washing can sometimes strip away the factory powder coating, leaving the surface feeling tacky. Simply dust the surface lightly with a dry brush and a small amount of cornflour or talcum powder to restore its smooth texture.
⚠️ CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING: NEVER PLACE THIS PRODUCT IN A MICROWAVE! Heating gel or liquid-filled fidget toys in a microwave is highly dangerous. Doing so causes rapid pressure expansion and internal boiling, which can lead to explosive rupture and severe thermal skin burns.
