📦 Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Delivery Service

  • We use a 48-hour tracked courier service for all UK orders.

  • Once dispatched, your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working days.

  • Tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

💷 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is £3.99 no matter how much you order.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time – keep an eye on our homepage or sign up to our newsletter!

📍 Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to addresses within the UK.

  • If you’re outside the UK and interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing.

📦 Missed Deliveries & Returns

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will usually leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.

  • Undelivered parcels that are returned to us may incur a redelivery charge.
