Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our returns and refunds policy below, which complies with UK consumer law.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you’d like to return an item.

  • Items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition – unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on toys that have been opened and played with, unless they are faulty upon receipt.

Fidget Toys & Liquid-Filled Toys

  • We do not offer refunds for fidget toys that have been played with. Many fidget toys can break if overstretched or used with excessive force.

  • If your fidget toy arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Liquid-filled toys should be handled carefully and kept away from sharp objects. Damage from misuse is not considered a fault.

Reporting a Faulty Item

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us with:

    • A clear photo of the fault

    • The batch number (usually printed on the packaging)

  • In many cases, you will not need to return the item if the issue is clear from the photo and batch information.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a fault or our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping (if needed). Please contact us before returning and we will confirm next steps.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
